Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pleach Inc. (“Pleach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information when you visit pleach.ai (the “Site”) or use Pleach products such as Pleach Workforce. We keep this plain and short. Questions? Email founders@pleach.ai.
Information we collect
Information you give us — when you contact us or download the app, typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Usage data — if you accept analytics, we collect aggregate usage data (such as pages viewed) via Google Analytics 4. Analytics are optional, default to off, and load only after you accept. See the Cookie Policy.
Your cookie choice — a single first-party record of your consent decision, stored in your browser under pleach_cookie_consent. It is essential to remember your choice and is never used to track you across sites.
Your code stays yours. Pleach Workforce runs on your codebase under your control; this Site does not receive your source code, and any product processing is governed by the agreement covering that product.
Mailing list & early access
When you join our early-access list, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your first name and company. We use this to send you launch news, product updates, and your invite when early access opens — only after you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Our early-access list is managed by HubSpot, which stores and processes these details on our behalf as a third-party processor. We don’t sell this information, and we keep it only for as long as you stay subscribed or until you ask us to remove it.
How we use information
To provide and improve the Site and Services; to respond to you; to send updates you asked for (opt out anytime); to measure usage (only with your consent); and to keep the Services secure and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, and email/mailing-list delivery — including HubSpot for our early-access list), when required by law or to protect our rights, or in a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Cookies & analytics
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Optional analytics run only after you accept and can be withdrawn at any time from our Cookie Policy page, where full detail is available.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your stored consent choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them, email founders@pleach.ai. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time via the cookie banner.
International users & children
We may process information in countries other than where you live, with appropriate safeguards where required. The Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Contact: founders@pleach.ai, or by mail — Pleach Inc., care of LaBarge Weinstein LLP, 501-321 Water St, Vancouver BC V6B 1B8.
